The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if: the buyer has opened the sealed packaging of the goods, which after opening cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic reasons

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance shall not be granted to the consumer in respect of contracts:
5) in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
